One question- Have some of your customers made this a requirement for invoicing their shipments?

Hi Katie Duffy, not a requirement just some confusion when they go to audit their payments. This really only comes up in the rare occasion that we are awarded spot shipments on a lane that we also have contracted rates for some reason or another.
